Day 1:
Had lunch at the airport and flew off at 1.30pm, arrived at 4.30pm (i think?)
Bak to hotel, grabbed some buns to eat while walking to training, had about 3-4 hours of training..
and then yummy dinner with the Vietnam team!
Lastly, back to hotel for bonding session ;)
